As a Product/Process Engineer within Broadband Access Operations, this position provides the opportunity to own and shape the manufacturing lifecycle of passive optoelectronic products that enable reliable, high‑performance networks globally. This role offers meaningful technical ownership, global collaboration, and the ability to influence product quality, cost, sustainability, and scalability from introduction through high‑volume production.How you will make an impact:Pay ranges at Ciena are designed to accommodate variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, reflecting our diverse products, industries, and lines of business. Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
