Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective homebuyers
- Guide clients through the full sales cycle, from initial inquiry to firm agreement
- Present homes, features, pricing, and community benefits with confidence and professionalism
- Manage and follow up on leads, coordinate appointments, and conduct model home tours
Sales Program Development
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of sales processes and strategies
- Provide insight into customer behavior, market conditions, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to support campaigns, messaging, and sales tools
Closing & Transaction Management
- Support clients through agreements, documentation, and key purchase milestones
- Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to construction and customer care teams
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM systems
Networking & Brand Representation
- Represent Patten Homes at open houses, industry events, and community initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with agents, lenders, and industry partners

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in new home sales or real estate required
- Strong understanding of the Ottawa housing market and competitive landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Working knowledge of the residential construction process
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $70,000 base per year, plus commissions. However, the range offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
