Job title: Receptionist/Admin
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Payrate: $23.11/h
Duration: 11 months


Advantages
- 11 month contract (Potential of extension/conversion)
- Pay Rate: $23.11 / hour
- Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Location: Downtown Toronto (Beautiful corporate office – 100% On-site)



Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service while greeting visitors, enforcing badge protocols, and directing multi-line phone calls.
- Maintain files, manage office records, schedule conference rooms, and set up key meetings.
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks, including mail processing, scanning, faxing, and copying.

Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience shining in a customer service or receptionist role within a corporate environment.
- Personality: You are a true "artist of first impressions!" You are polished, professional, polite, and have crystal-clear communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: You can easily breeze through MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and navigate Windows.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalency (we'll just need to do a quick education verification!).
