Resourcing Manager - Ripple Effect (Temporary Contract)

With studios located in Los Angeles and Vancouver, Ripple Effect has been dedicated to the Battlefield franchise since our founding as DICE LA in 2013.

We created Battlefield 2042's Portal, and have supported DICE on every Battlefield game since Battlefield 4.

Now, we're looking for new team members to help us create the next Battlefield.

We are looking for a Resourcing Manager like you to join our Resource Management Organization (RMO) on a 12-month contract.

The role of the Resourcing Manager is dynamic and multi-faceted, requiring strong communication skills, robust analytical skills, and an ability to make tough and effective decisions.

Experience with Workforce Planning is advantageous. You will partner with our business leaders to lead resourcing strategies for Ripple Effect.

You will report to our Studio Operations Director. We are considering on-site and hybrid working options.

What you'll do :

  • You will communicate effectively - share ideas and work well with others
  • You will be an analytical thinker- good at understanding data and spotting patterns
  • You will have to solve problems, make tough decisions quickly and effectively and prioritize tasks and resources to meet goals
  • You will be collaborative and excel at working with many internal teams at EA
  • Working with the Ripple Effect Hiring managers and Project Leaders, you will define the priorities for RMO and evolve us in a constantly changing industry where new challenges arise often
  • You will understand and track overall headcount needs and allocations and keep AirtTable up to date
  • You will develop and publish resourcing-focused dashboards to provide visibility across Ripple Effect BUs and locations
  • You will maintain systems in place for resourcing, headcount tracking and reporting and look for opportunities for process improvements
  • Organize regular reviews with key stakeholders

What we are looking for :

  • 8+ years of work experience in a related field
  • Experience working with People Experience (HR) and / or in an Operations role for 3+ years supporting and working with multiple partner teams
  • Critical thinker that constantly questions the status quo
  • Effective decision-making based on both data analysis and experience
  • Solid business acumen through a Business degree or equivalent experience

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) :

º $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health / dental / vision coverage and basic life insurance.
