Location : Vars, Ontario

Hours : 7 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM (Monday to Friday)

We're looking for :

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry? OPENLANE, a leader in automotive remarketing, is looking for a Stock In / Security for our Vars, Ontario location with experience in inventory control and customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with vehicles, or in a security capacity.

You Will :

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting dealers with various procedures and requests in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure site security by maintaining the auction perimeter and verifying proper clearance for personnel and customers, transporters, and supply companies
• Responsible for completing vehicle check-in / check-out as per established procedures, using a handheld device
• Ensure vehicles are processed with window stickers and GPS transponders
• Look up AuctionTrac data for customers, guiding them to where the inventory is located

Must Haves :

• 1-3 years experience in a Security role is preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent
• A valid Drivers' license is required
• Valid BST license (if required in province)
• Basic computer & smartphone skills
• Experience working outside in all weather conditions
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Nice to Haves :

• Ability to drive both standard & automatic transmissions
• Bilingual in French / English

Compensation Range of

Hourly : $20.21 - $20.21 CAD
