What will your typical day look like?

As a Senior Consultant, IT Operations Management within the ServiceNow team, you will work with and lead client project streams related to Configuration Management, Service Design, Operations Management, Discovery. You will use your knowledge to participate and support process improvement initiatives.

About the team

In a typical day you will be engaged in a variety of activities ranging from running project kick-off meetings, to conducting design workshops, requirement gathering meetings, writing test scripts, doing demos, sprint planning among many others. You can expect to work in a highly collaborative, agile, and diverse team environment.
As a ServiceNow Sr. Consultant you will also be expected to complete and maintain ServiceNow product accreditations and certifications through our world-class training programs.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • 5 years’ experience with the implementation of ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Service Mapping, with demonstratable competence to create custom probes and sensors.
  • Deep experience with ServiceNow scripting.
  • Confidence in using PowerShell and Bash to interact with Windows and Unix based systems.
  • 5 years’ experience in JavaScript, Python, Ruby or a similar scripting language.
  • Understanding of the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and confidence in describing how to structure the services of an organization.
  • Experience with event management with interoperability to event accumulators such as SolarWinds and Dynatrace
  • Experience with ServiceNow AIOps visualization and automation
  • Experience in Chef, Puppet, Ansible or similar infrastructure as code technology is a plus.
  • Experience with telecommunication networks and infrastructure is a plus.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow network inventory data model and telecom service management industry addon is a plus.
  • Bilingualism in French and English will be beneficial for this position.

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
