Base Pay Range
CA$128,971.05/yr – CA$156,908.70/yr
Position Information
This dynamic role is the driving force behind delivering innovative technology solutions to clinicians and staff across all campuses. As the main point of contact for our expanding group of regional partner hospitals, the Manager will champion the adoption of cutting‑edge AI technologies and enhance our shared Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow platforms along with Identity and Access Management services. Key projects involve building new partnerships with regional healthcare organizations, overseeing day‑to‑day departmental operations, budgeting, business objectives, workflow operations, and working with leadership to improve service delivery.
Rotation/Shift
Days, 8‑hour shifts.
What You Will Bring
- Three (3) year Community College Diploma or a Four (4) year Undergraduate Degree in a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an IT client service environment
- Progressive leadership experience
- Management training and experience in operations management
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, systems and networks
- Experience in leading and motivating a team of IT support or service delivery professionals
- Planning, organizing, and managing IT service delivery projects
- Proven track record of managing client relations and IT service delivery
- Knowledge of hospital administration policies and procedures and human and financial resources
- Microsoft Modern Work experience including Microsoft 365 Certified certifications
You Will Stand Out With
- Project management experience and certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Cybersecurity experience and certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP)
- Organization change management experience and certifications (e.g., PROSCI)
- Experience working in the hospital (preferred) or healthcare sector in Ontario
