The Opportunity
As Manager of musculoskeletal (MSK) and Rapid Assessment Clinics (RAC), you will drive strategic and operational leadership across multiple programs and sites.
Your role combines performance management, team leadership, and client engagement to enhance outcomes and expand our business.
We are looking for a proactive leader who is passionate about continuous improvement and high-quality care.
What you’ll get to do each day
1. Business Performance & Operational Excellence
- Drive results delivery across programs and sites
- Identify deficits and gaps and address performance risks
- Analyze operational performance metrics to deliver continuous improvement and meeting / exceeding contractual requirements
- Execute with precision and commitment to excellence.
2. Program & People Leadership
- Collaborate with a diverse team of clinical and administrative professionals to achieve program and organizational goals.
- Build, lead and inspire quality-driven, evidence informed clinical programs with the goal of best-in-class outcomes
- Ensure high team satisfaction, nurturing an environment aligned with THP’s values.
- Navigate and lead continual change
3. Client & Customer Engagement
- Partner and work collaboratively with your leadership team, teams across THP Solutions and internally across clinical and enabling programs where indicated
- Develop meaningful and collaborative relationships with key partners and organizations to grow business lines and partner for success
4. Business Development
- Work closely with the BD team to launch new business programs and customers
- Identify opportunities within existing programs and services to grow and develop to meet customer needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Baccalaureate degree in Business or Health related field required; Regulated Health Care provider preferred;
- Master’s degree or current registration in a Graduate program preferred (e.g. Business, Health Administration, Leadership) or equivalent experience required
- Minimum 8 years of experience in operational lead role required
- Experience working in third party rehabilitation and disability management systems required
- Strong business acumen
- Proven leadership skills, including strategic and critical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to influence and inspire.
- Exceptional time management with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
