Span of Management
- Manages, supports, and coaches direct reports including Production Supervisors, Production Clerk, and Maintenance Supervisor in delivering on their areas of responsibility, keeping them engaged in the business objectives and appropriately mentoring and developing them in their careers.
- Coordinates production activities with Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance and Quality groups to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.

Minimum 5 years working experience in medical device manufacturingMinimum 10 years working experience as a manufacturing operations leaderPost-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a technical field preferably EngineeringManagement / Supervisory exposure to Maintenance best practices with working knowledge of trades such as electrical, machining, plumbing etc.Must have good interpersonal skills to keep all lines of communication open within inter-company departments.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and while juggling multiple priorities.WORK EVIRONMENT, HEALTH & SAFETY
