• We’re hiring Full-Time Cashier Talent starting at $18.12/hr. ($725 weekly), plus performance incentives to boost your earnings up to $19/hr. ($760 weekly).

THE ROLE

Cashier

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customers' needs and requests.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash, credit, and debit payments.

• Handle cash and change securely, ensuring accurate cash management throughout the shift.

• Issue receipts, process returns and exchanges and ensure that all transactions are documented correctly.

• Maintain checkout area organized and welcoming enhancing the shopping experience.

• Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and customers are satisfied.

• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing merchandise, as well as preparing and delivering customer orders to keep the sales floor well-stocked and orderly.

• Respond promptly and politely to customers, whether by phone or at the counter, while providing courteous and professional service.

• A customer-focused attitude—whether you have 1+ years of experience as a cashier or are eager to learn, if you’re passionate about helping people, we want you on our team.

• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Comfortable staying active and engaged during your shift.

• A passion for delivering outstanding service, both in-store and online, to help build long-lasting customer relationships.
