Your Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of front‑of‑house operations : coordinating service, supervising the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining hygiene, driving business performance, and managing administrative tasks.
Supervise floor operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience : greeting, food service, and maintaining customer relationshipsMotivate, train, and develop the service teamEnsure a positive and motivating work environmentParticipate in recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow‑upsAct as a brand ambassador by taking part in commercial events and supporting marketing strategies both internally and externallyMonitor financial flows, manage bar and / or kitchen inventory alongside the Director and Kitchen Manager, analyze financial results to achieve objectives, and implement corrective actionsEnsure the restaurant is always clean and well‑maintained, participate in routine upkeep, and ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are followedExperience
1–2 years of management experience in the hospitality / restaurant sector, ideally in a high‑volume environmentSolid floor supervision experienceGood foundation in administrative and financial managementSkills & Qualifications
