The IT Vendor Management Team (ITVM) manages the strategic relationships with top vendors in the IT space. We are looking for a forward-thinking and resolution minded Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management, who will be primarily responsible to Lead an assigned IT Portfolio from a Vendor Management perspective.
The role will include maturing current processes, providing oversight of an assigned portfolio and governing the assigned third-party IT relationships.
The role requires an effective leader and communicator, with strong vendor management and relationship management skills, a strong eye for business, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems and support internal business requirements.
The role also requires a strong background in Procurement, the ability to work with Executives and knowledge of IT vendors.
Key to this position is acting in a leadership role, ensuring a solid governance process is followed within the assigned portfolio, driving delivery of savings, and ensuring business expectations are being met.
The preferred candidate must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

What you will do :
Establish & maintain relationships with our strategic Vendors / Partners
Drive broad adoption and provides an unparalleled customer experience.
Define the vision and business strategy for the portfolio including metrics and KPI’s for measuring results.
Develop vendor relationships inclusive of terms negotiations and growth focused initiatives.
Devise a clear framework for making day to day decisions.
Lead the execution of projects or contributes as required.
Partner with Procurement to ensure procure to pay cycle is operating efficiently and effectively.
Partner with Risk and Audit to ensure third party due diligence and requirements are being met.
Working with Finance, manage and maintain the financial due diligence for the portfolio assigned.
Implement a sound governance process.
Acts as an escalation point between Vendors / LOB / Management
Captures Line of Business satisfaction trending and motivates change.
Take a leadership role towards entrenching a service culture within IT.
Develops key leading measures to drive efficiency of service.
Drive maturity of the Framework aligned organizational strategy.
Depth of knowledge on vendor governance practices
Identify opportunities within the current approach to improve Vendor engagement.
Influence culture shift to support high adoptability of changes.
Lead process change & drive service improvements.
Lead efforts driving cost efficiencies & operational effectiveness.
What you will bring :
University Degree is a must (any area of study)
Knowledge of Financial, Commercial & Risk would be of benefit.
Experience in negotiating with internal and external partners.
Experiencing in presenting to senior leadership
Scope of awareness of IT environments
Understanding of IT Contracts & Contract Management
Proficient in MS Office suite specifically Excel & PowerPoint
Analytical background and ability to present data (effectively)
Ability to manage customer expectations & communicate effectively.
Able to make good judgments / decisions after detailed investigation.
Ability to prioritize business need and understand inherent risk.
Can adapt and is collaborative to the needs of different environments and people.
Able to work independently or in a team with minimal direction.
