Freelance Translator - English (US) into French (Canadian)
Job Description :
As a translator, you will be instrumental in bridging communication gaps and ensuring our content is accurately and effectively conveyed across different languages.
We seek individuals with exceptional linguistic skills and a keen eye for detail who can adapt their translations to meet the needs of diverse projects, from marketing materials and promotional content to technical documentation and educational resources.
Must-Have :
- Must be a native French Canadian speaker
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with at least a million words translated.
- Must have prior experience with CAT TOOLS.
Responsibilities :
- Translate a wide range of documents and materials, including but not limited to financial content, promotional materials, technical documents, and educational resources.
- Interpret and adhere to the creative and contextual direction provided in project briefs to produce translations that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure translations align with the overall project vision and maintain consistency.
- Incorporate client feedback and direction into translations to achieve the desired outcome.
- Stay informed about industry trends and continuously enhance your translation skills.
