Description du poste

En tant que frigoriste expérimenté, vous serez responsable de :

Installer, entretenir et réparer les systèmes de réfrigération, climatisation, thermopompes et échangeurs d’air pour clients résidentiels et commerciaux.
Diagnostiquer et dépanner les pannes, assurer la maintenance préventive et optimiser la performance des équipements.
Effectuer des inspections et tests pour garantir le bon fonctionnement et conformité aux normes.
Assurer la traçabilité : tenir à jour les rapports d’intervention, pièces utilisées et recommandations.
Respecter rigoureusement les normes de sécurité, les codes applicables, et les règlements environnementaux concernant les fluides frigorifiques.
Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe (technique et service client) pour offrir une expérience transparente, professionnelle et de qualité.

Compétences et qualifications requises

DEP ou AEC en réfrigération, ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée : 3 à 5 ans minimum, idéalement en milieu résidentiel, commercial ou industriel.
Certification pour manipulation de réfrigérants (cartes halocarbures / conformité RBQ).
Maîtrise des schémas hydrauliques, électrique, circuits frigorifiques et lois thermodynamiques.
Habilité à utiliser manomètres, pompes à vide, thermomètres, détecteurs de fuite, etc.
Capacité à lire et interpréter plans, devis et schémas.
Sens aigu de l’analyse, autonomie, rigueur et bonnes aptitudes en communication.
Permis de conduire valide – déplacements fréquents
Disponibilité pour appels de service en urgence : certains soirs/week‑ends possibles.
