Job description :
Specialized in the design and implementation of diversified projects, their expertise extends to the fields of bridges and civil structures, buildings, and infrastructure. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, they take pride in contributing to sustainable development and the creation of cutting-edge technical solutions for their clients. We are currently seeking a new Team Leader, Civil Engineer to join their dynamic and thriving team.
Main responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team, composed of project managers, engineers, technicians, and drafters, to successfully carry out multiple projects.
- Actively participate in the development and management of bid submissions for both public and private tender calls.
- Leverage expertise and experience to guide both the team and clients throughout the execution of mandates.
- Work closely with clients to define their engineering needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Oversee and ensure the production of key technical deliverables by the team.
- Validate the compliance of engineering documents issued by the team with specifications, standards, and applicable codes.
- Monitor the financial performance of the engineering team and manage associated risks in close collaboration with management.
