Lube Technician - Heavy Equipment

Tomlinson is looking for a Lube Technician who will be dispatched out of our Albion Road garage. The individual will be working on heavy equipment. Job Location: Ottawa and Surrounding Area. Vacancy Type: Replacement PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes and lubrications
• Grease all lube points
• Check all fluid levels on transmissions, differentials, and any other oil filled components
• Inspection of defects to the equipment
• Complete reports to record problems and work performed
• Maintain neatness/cleanliness of company owned assets (work vehicle).
• Any other minor repairs

HOURS OF WORK:

• 5 days per week
• 10-12 hours per day, evenings required

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

• Valid DZ license
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry would be an asset
• Working in all weather elements.
• Some out of town work is required.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION

The expected salary range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 per hour. Placement within the range is dependant on a variety of factors including qualifications and experience.
