What you'll do as our CFO :

Financial Leadership :

• Shape and execute the financial strategy to support long-term goals.
• Partner with the CEO, COO, and Board of Directors to set overall business strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, profitability, and shareholder value.
• Foster collaboration, efficiency, ethical behavior, and accountability across the organization.
• Implement and optimize finance operations processes with automation and AI.
• Influence business operations, contribute to major decisions, and drive organizational transformation.

Financial Planning & Reporting :

• Oversee financial health, capital structure, liquidity, and risk management.

• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Manage complex global financial operations and ensure compliance with international standards.

Strategic Financial Relationships :

What you'll need to succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; Master’s in Business or Finance is a plus.
• CPA or CFA certification.
• 15+ years of experience in senior financial roles, with 5 years as a CFO or equivalent in a scale-up organization.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, business transformation, and driving growth.
• Experience in capital market transactions, secondary offerings, and M&A activities.
• Deep understanding of global financial operations, compliance, and multi-currency management.
• Expertise in M&A financial modeling, due diligence, and integration.
• Experience in payments and fintech services is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• High proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
