Our client, a leading SaaS subscription management platform provider, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding and system configuration initiatives. Reporting to the Manager, Implementation , this role is responsible for the hands-on execution of client implementations, ensuring customers are successfully set up and supported during their onboarding into the subscription billing platform.
This role is suited to an individual contributor who enjoys technical problem-solving, structured delivery work, and client collaboration within established implementation frameworks.

Salary : $70,000-$80,000, commensurate with experience
Work Model : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
