The Opportunity

The position is responsible for managing all aspects of Global Procurement SharePoint sites including relevant power automate flows, overseeing annual policy release process and provisioning access for Policy Portal, providing backup support for supplier enablement and Coupa P2P application administration including approval queues, and ad hoc requests related to GP systems and support.

What you will do

  • Serves as SharePoint Administrator for Global Procurement SharePoint sites
  • Creates and maintains content on SharePoint sites including relevant power automate flows
  • Acts as provisioning coordinator for KPMG Global Procurement Policy Portal on SharePoint.
  • Monitors Policy Portal & Global Procurement Functional Mailbox inquiries
  • Manages Annual "Policy Release Process" which includes communication compaign with suppliers
  • Supplier Enablement - provides backup support for new supplier requests and processing supplier onboarding in Coupa.
  • Provides backup support and serves as a contact for P2P application administration and approval queues inclusive of the Requisition, Sourcing, Contracts, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Information Management modules.
  • Provides backup support in processing and fulfilling P2P system access tickets in a manner which ensures compliance with personal data policies.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience desired.
  • Minimum two years of experience preferred in an entry level Procurement professional or as an experienced coordinator / analyst ideally within KPMG global network or other large consulting entity in supplier management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting, with the ability to solve complex problems using simple solutions.
  • Familiarity with legal contract verbiage and templates.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with SharePoint & Power Automate. Experience using and supporting ERP / P2P Systems including Coupa.
