Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing.
5+ years of experience in nursing, mental health, and addictions.
Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Advanced clinical expertise in mental health and addictions (., CPR, Crisis Intervention Training).
Demonstrated leadership, program development and education skills.
Experienced/knowledgeable in research and evaluation principles.
Proficiency in Office 365, data analysis tools (SPSS, NVIVO), and EHR systems (Meditech, EPIC).
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Research, teaching and consulting skills
Excellent communication skills – oral & written
Proven ability in working effectively with all members of health care team
Ability to determine feasibility of potential research, educational or clinical initiatives
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Language Requirements
English level A- is mandatory in oral expression, oral comprehension, reading comprehension and written expression. Bilingual (French/English) is preferred.
Salary Range: 58.63 to 67.97 per hour
