Location: Parham, ON (north of Kingston)

Reports to: Camp Director & Assistant Director, Summer Camp

Pay Rate: starting at $600 per week (+$40 per week for NL) with additional compensation for relevant certifications and experience

Contract Dates: June 27 – September 3, 2027 (plus 4 days of training in the spring)

The Program Directors are responsible for working collaboratively to organize and create all program schedules for all summer camp sessions and overseeing all programming at camp. They are responsible for training, coaching, and supervising the Area Head team and ensuring that all programming is safe, fun, intentional, and camper-focused. The Program Directors will plan and execute creative programming and theme days; ensure all program-related risk management, policies, and procedures are being met; provide feedback to staff on facilitation and program development; work closely with the Area Head team to develop and execute progressive skill-based Area curriculum, and organize and delegate scheduled programming. As senior staff members, the Program Directors provide significant support to the day-to-day operations and administration of RKY Camp.

Required: Intermediate First Aid with CPR-C, National Lifeguard, G-Class Driver’s License, Pleasure Craft Operator’s Card, Association of Challenge Course Technology Level 2 Practitioner (ACCT 2) or willing to obtain, extensive previous camp and scheduling experience.

Preferred: ACCT Challenge Course Manager (CCM), F-Class Driver’s License
