Accounts Receivable Clerk
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team in a full-time capacity. This position supports the operations of the company by collecting past-due accounts in a manner which is courteous and professional.

Responsibilities :
- Connect with customers on past-due accounts to collect payment.
- Maintain professional and detailed correspondence with stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate data entry to maintain running logs of correspondence and status of accounts.
- Facilitate and document any payment arrangements with customers.
- Prepare files, respond to general inquiries.
Requirements :
- 2 + years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency with French as well as English would be well-regarded.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Highly analytical, problem-solver who takes initiative.
