We’ve opened a role in our Ottawa or North Bay offices for a talented, entrepreneurial Proposal Coordinator to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Marketing group.

Your Role as a Proposal Coordinator:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As a Proposal Coordinator, your role will include:

• Multitasking, establishing priorities, and coordinating a schedule for researching, drafting and submitting proposals.
• Performing detailed analysis of solicitation documents to assess requirements and building compliance matrices, schedules and outlines.
• Facilitating proposal kick-off meetings, milestone meetings and senior reviews.
• Collaborating with team members and subject matter experts (SME’s) to guide proposal development efforts through the proposal process.
• Writing non-technical proposal content (e.g. resumes, project experience) and tailoring content written by SME’s to develop cohesive, clear and persuasive submissions.
• Researching, analysing and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
• Reviewing proposal drafts and final documents for compliance, responsiveness, thoroughness, accuracy and quality.
• Editing and reviewing content with meticulous attention to grammar, punctuation, style, tone and consistency.
