Job Description
The successful candidate will be skilled in selling new products, applications, and value-added products and services in a geographical territory to an existing and new customer base.
Must also possess the ability to identify, execute, and quantify value actions and projects to ensure the success of the customer base and Sealed Air.
Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to provide a substantive sales opportunity pipeline. Develop, maintain, and grow the territory of both established and new customers.
The individual will also be responsible for coordinating the efforts of a sales support team for this territory. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills, encompassing oral written, and computer, as well as strong organizational and prioritization skills.
A high level of integrity and self-discipline is a must. Periodic overnight travel is required.

Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in selling high-performance value-added products
- Experience in packaging and / or fresh food packaging is preferred.
- A demonstrated track record of success in increasingly progressive sales positions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills in interacting with customers, internal support organizations, and field support groups.
- Solid financial business acumen including analytical skills for tenders, budgets, and customer sales agreements.
- Strong computer skills in SAP (or a similar ERP system) Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
- Ability to effectively work in a large Company within a matrix organizational structure.
- Commercially competent, with the capability to be involved in negotiating customer contracts for major accounts.
Valid passport and driver's license are required
