Description

  • Plan, design, and execute test activities in alignment with enterprise and industry standards.
  • Provide end-to-end leadership in test strategy and planning, overseeing all types of testing to ensure solutions meet business and quality requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for test strategy, planning, and execution, participating in demand intake, capacity forecasting during PI planning, and managing project or platform lifecycles.
  • Develop effective test solutions, estimate costs and deliverables, and offer expertise to optimize quality-related expenditures.
  • Define and monitor metrics to foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
  • Identify and communicate risks and mitigation strategies using relevant data.
  • Leverage technology to develop and execute testing efficiently within platforms or projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation at the team or program group level.
  • Build, enhance, and deploy BDD and automation frameworks, as well as service virtualization capabilities.
  • Develop and automate tests, promote in-sprint automation, and integrate testing to support CI/CD/CT pipelines.
  • Act as an ambassador and advocate for quality across the organization.
  • Champion consumer quality, ensuring colleagues deliver the highest quality code possible.

Experience and/or Education

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline; or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in software testing, including API and Accessibility
  • Hands-on experience in Java, GitHub and RestAssured
