Auxiliary Sales Associate - CranbrookPositions Available!At the Liquor Distribution Branch (LDB) our vision of 'Service. Relationships. If you fit this description and you are prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply to become a part of BC Liquor Stores.To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements:Be at least 19 years of ageBe able to legally work in CanadaBe able to provide excellent customer serviceBe able to communicate effectively and professionally with the publicBe able to demonstrate aptitude for cashier and related duties, including calculationsBe able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 20-25 kg boxesHave a valid Serving It Right CertificateHave a secondary (high) school diploma or equivalent certificateBC Liquor Store Sales Associates may be required to operate a variety of mechanical and hand-operated equipment, in addition to handling large volumes of bottles as part of the LDB's recycling program.Rate of pay for Auxiliary Sales Associate is $29.9434 per hour. Shift work is required.A Criminal Record Check is required.
