Manpower is currently hiring Warehouse Package Handlers/Sorter for our client Purolator based in our fast-paced facility in 3330 Hawthorne Road,Ottawa,Ontario. What's in it for you?
Key Responsibilities:
- Unload all curbside vehicles
- Load line haul trailers to ensure all pre-scheduled departures are met
- Scanning/Cubing/Reweighing
- Build positive relationships with team (couriers, lead hands and sorters)
- Working with conveyor and roller belts, inside trailers, cargo containers and package vehicles
- Accurately scan, count the number of stops on a truck and write all premium products while loading
- Adhere to all safety standards
- Regular and reliable attendance and other duties as assigned
What do you bring to work?
- Positive team spirit, strong customer orientation and communication skills
- Adaptable to working nights and flexible to work overtime or overtime
- Fast learner and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual behavior
- Steel toe boots
