Specifically we are hiring one person to join our rapidlygrowing company in the position of an "AdministrativeAssistant".
Role andResponsibilities
Youwill also be responsible for assisting in the process of protectingsome of the largest financial transactions our clients will everhave.

This role smain function is to assist our teams of mortgage and insuranceprofessionals ensuring our clients receive the best servicepossible.
Such tasks include but are not limitedto :
- Greeting our valuedclients industry members and other friendlyvisitors
- Obtaining organizing and compilinginformation pertaining to clientapplications
- Answering and directing callsemails mail and faxes to employees of thebrokerage
- Preparing documents and promotionalinformation for broker orassociates
- Maintaining general operation of theoffice environment
- Assisting with theBookkeeping and Human Resources teams
- Potentialfor advancement to a licensed mortgage broker or personal insuranceaccount managerposition.
As anAdministrative Assistant at First Foundation you will be a parttimeemployee working in a professional office environment shared byother professionals.
You will be in a position to interact withclients in person at our office over the phone over email and theweb. Your working hours will be negotiable but some time duringMondayFriday 9am 5pm.
Requirements
- Highschooldiploma
- Preferencefor postsecondarycompletion
- Greatkeyboardingskills
- Betterthan average computer operator including proficiency with MicrosoftOffice suite Google Workspace and systems likethem
- Salesand customer service skills are anasset
- Accountingand bookkeeping skills are anasset
- Excellenttimemanagement
- Ableto work at a fast pace managing multiple objectives for a number ofcolleagues andclients
