We're on the lookout for someone with a strategic mindset, creative flair, and leadership skills to drive impactful campaigns, guide our diverse creative team, and ensure brand coherence.

As the guardian of our client's brand identity and voice, you'll be instrumental in shaping their narrative and forging meaningful connections with key audiences, including healthcare professionals and consumers.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain a holistic content strategy for our client and associated brands. Ensure our client’s branding is expressed consistently and effectively across all marketing channels.

Write clear, accurate, and impactful copy for all marketing campaigns and materials, including digital ads, emails, organic social media postings, medical event collateral, etc.

Provide hands-on creative direction on all marketing assets, including brief development and creative review. Develop quarterly campaign plans and maintain the rolling campaign calendar.

In partnership with senior leadership and design team (internal & external), maintain brand guideline documents and ensure those documents meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Manage production of photo shoots, videos, podcasts, and radio ads by contractors and / or external agencies. Develop and maintain presentations, faxes, handouts, and other collateral to nurture and augment our client’s relationships with external stakeholders.

Oversee design resources made up of internal full-time employees and external contractors. Manage external agencies responsible for video production and photography.

Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, integrating findings into content and campaign strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align content and campaigns with broader business objectives and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in content marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful content strategies across multiple channels.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years copywriting experience.

Prior experience creating content in the healthcare sector, particularly proficiency in simplifying complex scientific concepts in healthcare for consumer understanding, would be an asset.

Skills Experience managing projects or campaigns involving internal and external creative resources, including graphic designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers.

Proven track record of driving brand consistency across multiple marketing channels and campaigns. Strong portfolio of written and visual content, including digital ads, email campaigns, social media content, and other marketing collateral.

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines and audience engagement. Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies based on data insights. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and brand management.
