Brand Representative  will : Leverage the client-provided leads, establish strong connections with key decision-makers, and deliver exceptional product guidance through excellent brand consultation Promote our clients' brands during marketing campaigns, promotional events, and sales presentations face-to-face or over a phone call with the customers Identify the customers' pain points and preferences to provide the best available service and / or product solution for their needs Serve as a primary point of contact to address prospects' inquiries and concerns Enhance brand awareness and develop effective sales strategies by collaborating with team members and other departments Effectively follow internal processes to track, manage, and log all activities in Salesforce.com Give your 100% every day to achieve outstanding performance and master the responsibilities Brand Representative requirements : Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer acquisition, and / or marketing is preferred Educational background in marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Positive attitude with the desire to work in a fast-paced environment Full-time availability Must be willing to travel to our Burnaby office daily Brand Representative receives : Signing Bonus!
