Job Responsibilities

Pulling and compiling reports through internal software programs

Budget maintenance and bill / invoice payment

Supporting district, all reps and DSM (District Sales Manager)

Playing a part in on-boarding and off-boarding of employees

Attending and participating in district meetings

Following up on initiatives

Supporting in preparing presentations for ABI Senior Leaders

Involvement with company processes and tool

Office management duties (receiving packages, light tidying, organization)

Receiving and following up on customer inquiries

Qualifications

University Degree in Business or related field preferred

Minimum 1-2 years Sales or Marketing coordinator / admin experience

Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience an asset

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong team work skills and orientation

Excellent problem solving skills

A focused, detailed and disciplined approach to tasks

The ability to prioritize and strong organization skills

SALARY RANGE : $50,000 - $60,000
