- Location : Mississauga,L5S 1Y2 ON
- Pay rate : $ 18 / hr. negotiable based on years of experience
- Days : Saturday and Sunday
- Shifts : 1pm to 7 : 30pm
- Start Date ASAP on an ongoing basis.
- Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
WHAT YOU DO :
- Appointment booking over the phone, email and face to face
- P&D driver check in, review paperwork
- Outbound manifesting
- Running reports, coding missed pickup
- Preparing Driver pay sheet
- Delivery manifesting, scanning bills of landing, enter skeleton billing information into system, booking appointments
- Collection of all outstanding dues
WHAT WE RE LOOKING FOR :
- Previous Transportation or operational Customs / transborder experience is preferred / TruckMate and AS400 a definite asset.
- Must be proficient in WMS, MS office Suite
- Must have worked in a high paced and high transactional environment.
- Must have a clear Crim check.
