This role will support the financial analysis and planning of residential development projects, specifically focused on condominiums, purpose-built rental properties, single family homes, and student accommodations across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Ontario.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial feasibility analysis for new residential development projects including condos, purpose-built rental properties, single family homes.
  • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast cash flows, costs, returns, and evaluate projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and senior leadership to ensure projects are within budget and meet financial objectives.
  • Qualifications

    The successful candidate profile will have : :

  • 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis
  • Must have residential real estate experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate or Accounting.
