Job descriptionConduct financial feasibility analysis for new residential development projects including condos, purpose-built rental properties, single family homes. Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to forecast cash flows, costs, returns, and evaluate projects. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and senior leadership to ensure projects are within budget and meet financial objectives. 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis Must have residential real estate experience. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Real Estate or Accounting.
