Our Position within TELUS
Nestled within the Consumer Mobility marketing team, we are responsible for driving profitable growth through the fastest-growing segments of the TELUS business.
Our team has direct responsibility for, or provides supporting leadership to, all '4 Ps' of the marketing mix product, price, place, and promotion to drive our business objectives.

As the Senior Marketing Communications Manager on the Multicultural and Newcomer Team, you will budget for, develop, implement, and manage creative campaign strategies spanning across all products, all brands that effectively convey the company's value proposition and resonate with the target audience.
Some activities will include :
- End-to-End Marketing Campaigns : Support comprehensive marketing campaigns from strategy development to budget management, execution, and creative support for a mixed product portfolio across M&H and TELUS / Koodo brands, including newcomers and multicultural segments
- Product Landing Page Management : Oversee product landing pages, ensuring timely updates for pricing, content, and campaign launches
- Agency and Stakeholder Management : Manage relationships with agencies and stakeholders, including handling annual budgets, detailed breakdowns, and retainer agreements
- Budget Leadership : Lead budget planning and management for the team, covering Go-To-Market (GTM) and Marketing Communication activities
- Project Management and Creative Consulting : Provide project management and creative consulting for all creative projects, including base communications, channel creatives, campaigns, and partnership projects
- OEM Campaigns : Manage OEM campaigns from stakeholder coordination to execution and budget oversight

- University or college degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising, Business Administration / Honors Business Administration (HBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA
- 5+ years working experience in Marketing Communications or similar business function
- Wireless telecommunications and / or technology-based industry experience is an asset
- Experience with Creative reviews and creative design
- Strong experience in business casing, storytelling and briefing writing
