Working as a part of STANs CustomerSuccess Team the Customer OnboardingSpecialist will be responsible for guidingEnterprise Property Management firms through the STAN setupexperience.

Using a consultative approach you will educate newcustomers help solve technical problems and ensure the smoothadoption of our products and services.

Tasks

  • Becomea STAN AI technical product expert.
  • Responsible for managing all assigned customeronboardings and ensuring the successful launch of STAN AI acrosstheir real estate portfolio.
  • Provide detailedaccount walkthroughs and assist many new STAN customers with theirAI Deployment.
  • Lead successful kickoff callsto communicate account setup requirements and expectations with keystakeholders.
  • Educate customers on STANs suiteof tools capabilities and best practices to simplify adoption andalign expectations
  • Monitor setup progress onaccounts identify potential risks and guide nextsteps.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide technicalsolutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Work crossfunctionally with Sales SuccessManagers Bot Review and Development teams to deliver worldclassclient experiences.
  • Become the internal voiceof the customer at STAN driving our clients needs forward.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customersbusiness and operational objectives.
  • Establishstrong relationships with new customer stakeholders and deepenrelationships with existing customerstakeholders
  • Other duties as determined bymanagement and / or directsupervisors

Requirements

  • Excellentoutgoing communication skills both verbal andwritten.
  • Ability to prioritize multitask andmanage time effectively.
  • Proven experience inSaaS Client Onboarding Customer Service and / or Customer Success.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learnnew products and explain them toothers.
  • Knowledge of CRM software ProjectManagement and CS Platforms.
  • Analytical andcreative in finding solutions forcustomers.
  • Relevant Bachelors Degree orequivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiationskills with the ability to expectation set withcustomers.
