Job descriptionOversee the design, construction, and warranty handover of projects to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule objectives Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required Develop and maintain pre-construction schedules, baseline construction schedules, procurement schedules, commissioning and PDI schedules Plan, coordinate and / or supervise activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s) Ensure project safety standards, company, client policies and environmental programs are adhered to 10-15 years supervisory or equivalent experience in ICI Construction. Engineering or Construction related degree / diploma, or an equivalent work experience. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction (technology, equipment, methods); company policies, procedures and standards, union jurisdiction, labor agreements and negotiations essential. Excellent communication, organizational, supervisory and planning skills. Must have, or be eligible for, CSID (PWSGC) Secret Level Security Clearance.
