Compensation : $52000.00 to $55000.00 yearly

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to grow their skills? Robert Half is partnering up with a great organization looking to bring a qualified candidate to join their growing team. This is a full-time / permanent role on site.

Responsibilities :

  • Compile and enter payroll data; post wage and reconcile errors to maintain payroll records
  • Review wages computed and correct errors to ensure accuracy of payroll
  • Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, and deductions
  • Record changes affecting net wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage for each employee to update master payroll records
  • Assisting with processing the payroll
  • Enter new employee information into the software
  • Maintain files and records in written and electronic formats for the purpose of providing an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
  • Other clerical duties as required, such as drafting documents and communications, scanning, filing, shredding, and data entry, etc.
  • Any other duties as required

    • Job Requirements : Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Accounting or Payroll is considered an asset
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a data entry, administrative support or payroll support role would be considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and approach situations in a diplomatic and professional manner
  • Proficiency using a payroll / accounting program
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English, with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail is crucial for this role
  • Analysis and critical thinking, as well as problem-solving skills are required
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
