Advantages

• Salary varies from 20$ / h to 24$ / h depending on experience

Responsibilities

• Answer the telephone and various e-mails
• Communicate adequately both orally and in writing with various partners
• Create, print and follow up orders
• Ensure transport operations from origin to destination
• Maintain a filing and organization system for the entire work team
• Ensure exemplary customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position
• Bilingualism (French and English)
• Good knowledge of the territory (asset)
• Degree in transportation and logistics / supply chain (asset)
• Knowledge of agriculture and manufacturing (asset)
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good stress management
