We are currently seeking a "Laboratory Assistant" in our culture media production laboratory located in St-Hyacinthe. The successful candidate will report to the Laboratory Supervisor - Media Division.
The main tasks of the successful candidate will be to :
- Clean and sterilize equipment;
- Identificate equipment; prepare workstations sterilely;
- Place orders and track inventory;
- Participate in media exports to our various partners and clients;
- Maintain various equipment (autoclave / pH meter / water system);
- Participate in the media quality control process.
