As a Line Coach, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people.

In this role you are responsible for your team's delivery of a consistent and crafted product and leading through genuine warmth and care, providing our guests with memorable and Iconic culinary experiences.

You will manage labour budgets, maintain a pristine environment, and ensure the highest quality product. As a coach and mentor, you will motivate and inspire those around you to directly impact their continuous learning, growth, and development.

Requirements

• 3+ years culinary leadership experience (If you have potential and less experience, we still want to meet you.)
• A proven ability to make decisions and empower others. You are a natural leader.
• A passion for culinary and creating world-class experiences
• A desire to learn and grow through personal and career development
• An entrepreneurial mindset. You see things from a new perspective
