The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group, established in 2023, empowers customers and colleagues to deliver secure and reliable digital experiences. Objectives include :
Define, execute, and sustain the integrated technology target state, data model, and technology operations for EDC’s 2030 transformation.Establish and manage a rolling 3‑Year Digital Roadmap to sequence technology outcomes.Keep pace with industry trends and emerging technologies.Lead integrated digital, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity implementations for excellent user experiences.The Enterprise Data Operations and Technology (EDOT) group significantly impacts business operations by ensuring a reliable data ecosystem. The Data Product Owner (PO) translates business needs into a strategic technology / product roadmap, prioritizes the backlog, and manages deployment into production.What You Will Be Doing
Develop product vision, operational key responsibilities (OKRs), and synchronize them with the family.Define business value and develop cases for the product; support messaging and outreach.Build relationships with business / IT stakeholders to gather feedback and refine the product roadmap.Scope the Minimal Viable Product (MVP) considering resource constraints and sustained development.Build and prioritize the product backlog, maintaining it continuously.Identify and raise dependencies to Family Product Owner and Architecture Owners, with support of the Scrum Master.Collaborate with Architecture Owners to prioritize technology debt stories.Collaborate with Tech Leads to define the technical roadmap.Empower teams to be autonomous and self‑organizing; model servant leadership by removing impediments.Ensure team members understand backlog stories and their business value.Participate in sprint events, support the team daily, and accept sprint results.Own defined KPIs for the squad; manage tracking, forecasting, and variance monitoring of funding.Provide functional onboarding for new team members.Consistently represent the voice of the customer in platform discussions.What We Are Looking For
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related discipline.Minimum 7 years of experience in product design, business analysis, product ownership, product management, product development, or solution delivery.Experience designing and building customer‑centric data products in transactional data domains.Experience with Azure Data Platform technologies and end‑to‑end data engineering lifecycle.Familiarity with best practices for data pipeline development, version control, automated testing, and CI / CD.Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to manage competing demands.What Will Make You Stand Out
Experienced in Agile and Scrum.Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Advanced CSPO.Good technical understanding of data technologies to communicate with technical teams.Bilingual in English and French.Eligibility
