HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our client, a large and well-established organization located in Moncton, New Brunswick, is currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly to the General Manager of the facility and having a dotted line to the VP of HR at the corporate level, this role offers a unique opportunity for career advancement within the organization's network of sister companies.

As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of human resources within the production facility.

Collaborating closely with the leadership team you will assist in the development and implementation of the organization's human resource and talent strategy, with a particular emphasis on addressing current and future talent needs, recruiting efforts, retention strategies, and succession planning initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing the effective delivery of HR programs such as performance management, capability development, employee engagement, disability management, and onboarding, ensuring they are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.

You will be tasked with staying updated on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new HR technologies to enhance internal HR practices and ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will provide crucial support and guidance to leaders and employees on complex, specialized, and sensitive HR matters.

The ideal candidate for this role holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field, a CHRP certification would be considered an asset.

You have a minimum of 7 years proven HR Management experience, preferably within a production or manufacturing environment, showcasing your ability to navigate the unique challenges of this sector.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
