Full lifecycle of solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and transition to sustainment a migration to ServiceNow CSM.
This strategic redesign will concentrate on optimizing team operations by :
- Boosting operational efficiency through automation and smart work allocation.
- Improving the experience for both customers and agents by simplifying service processes .
- Minimizing manual tasks and removing unnecessary redundancies.
- Maintaining SLA compliance without adding extra administrative workload.
- Planning for scalability , including potential future integrations with other the client systems.
Technical Skills
Experience with designing and implementing scalable solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards is essential. Familiarity with cloud computing models and security protocols , as well as understanding compliance frameworks relevant to ServiceNow environments, is also important.Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or ITIL is beneficial, and holding an ITIL certification is considered an asset.Professional Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
