Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be superb multi-taskers and able to work well under pressure
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be an effective team player in this important front-line time
- Ideal candidates will be flexible, well spoken, outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of Concierge duties to accommodate Members’ needs
- Greet Members, Guests, and Staff
- Act as gatekeepers’ and control access to the Club
- Document everyone who enters the Club in case of an emergency or incident
- Communicate Members’ requests to appropriate Staff
- Direct Guests to meetings and functions
- Provide up-to-date information regarding programs and registration, special events, membership issues, waitlists, etc.
- Other related task and duties as assigned by Management
