We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks related to the recruitment, Ceridan Dayforce (HRIS), Mfiles, ( electronic filing) onboarding, performance management, as well as providing HR services and support to the Director, Human Resources and the Human Resources Business Partners.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, build spreadsheets and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
Records Management & HR Applications
- Maintain new electronic employee personnel files for all locations through MFILES.
- Assist in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) maintenance, data entry.
- Maintaining performance review records
- Become an expert at navigating, building upon and working through HR applications software Ceridian Dayforce, Intellis, Mfiles and BeeKeeper.
Reporting
Using Ceridian Dayforce (HRIS) to export, re-configure and manipulate data to ensure it meets company requirements. Generate and present valuable insights from the data.
Reports include the following :
- Monthly Headcount and turnover reporting
- Overtime and trends, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
- Employee listings (employment type and status updates)
- Responsible for Compensation Metrics and Documentation
- Preparing bonus & salary files STIP and LTIP (annually)
- Running / supporting the annual salary increase program (annually)
- Budgets support to Director, headcount count and analysis (annually)
Supporting HRBP’s
- Employment verification letters, and other related documents
- Initiates the onboarding process by sending new hires all necessary forms and ensuring their proper completion prior to an employee’s start date, as well as coordinating electronic delivery of mandatory compliance training modules.
- Regularly updates the HRIS system with weekly processing of new hire paperwork, promotions, salary adjustments, transfers, leaves, terminations, etc.
and managing flow of associated paperwork.
- Prepares master, leads and completes Monthly Gainshare for all HRBP’s working with multiple locations.
- Prepares master, leads and collaborates with all GTA HRBP’s to complete quarterly KPI’s working with multiple locations.
- Regularly updates job numbers for open requisitions recruitment
- Administer the Key Scan Card and employee ID’s (CTPAT).
- Administrative task as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills and Attributes :
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or Human Resources Management Certificate;
- 1-2 years experience in similar role or HR administrator
- Self-starter with a high degree of attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Must exhibit unquestionable judgement, strict confidentiality and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools, with an expert level in Excel including the ability to build macros;
- Capable and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision, able to work through new tasks;
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy;
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate virtually;
- Proven organizational skills with an ability to balance competing priorities;
- Ability to manage highly confidential information;
- Sense of initiative, autonomy, and attention to detail;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
