Knowledge Based Engineer KBE Engineer
Location : Windsor, Ontario
100% Remote Occasional trips to the US for meetings Occasional travel to Mexico as needed

Responsibilities
- Covering CAD (Catia / NX) parametric math models for commodities using Knowledge Based Engineering template modeling techniques.
- Position requires extensive knowledge of Catia / NX modeling and an extensive background in developing, packaging and synthesizing complex vehicle systems.
- Additional responsibilities include dictating architecture and construction techniques, creating master development, packaging and requirement sections, defining master template modeling structures and training other Catia / NX engineers on modeling techniques and architecture.
Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
- At least 2 years of robust modeling with Siemens NX.
- At least 2 years of Parametric CAD modeling with Siemens NX.
Preferred Requirements :
- At least 2 years of Body in White Automotive Engineering experience is preferred.
- Product launch or assembly plant experience is preferred.
- Dimensional control understanding and knowledge of GD&T part-to-part variation / clearance is preferred.
