This is an on-site role
Your Day as a Client Service Representative :
- To be knowledgeable in Commercial Autopac and MPI’s business rules and regulations.
- Review and ensure all Transaction Audit Breaches are responded to MPI within 10 business days.
- Review the Monthly Scorecard feedback from MPI with Commercial Operations Leader.
- Service commercial fleet clients including but not limited to new, renewals including change requests.
- Maintain fleet expiry lists, records, and policy files to ensure they are organized and up to date.
- Create and maintain accounts for all commercial fleet clients in EPIC.
- Respond to telephone and email enquiries from clients, Client Executives, and MPI.
- Contact fleet clients regarding renewals and follow up on pending issues.
- Collaborates with CSR or CSM associated with the account to ensure all information on Auto account is accurate.
- Reviews MPI documents for accuracy and completeness.
- MPI Autopac stock ordering, and inventory reconciliations.
- Create fleet summary, renewal, and invoice reports. Issue certificates of insurance and other required documents.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and related issues with clients and MPI.
- Maintain client information on EPIC.
- Produce spreadsheets and reports for clients and Client Executives according to their needs.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Minimum Level 2 License
- Customer focused and sales oriented.
- 3 years Commercial Autopac
- Knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel and EPIC
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills & detail oriented
- Ability to work well with others throughout the organization
