Skills and Experience:

  • 15 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 15 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Team Manager or Lead Analyst role providing guidance to other team members and directing analysis work. The response should include at least three examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 5 years. At least 1 example must include the implementation of a healthcare information system. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
  • 3 years’ experience performing gap analysis activities on ICT systems to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements. Experience should include evaluating systems and business processes for compliance and developing requirements to ensure compliance. The response should include at least 1 example including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed.
