Job Title: Programmer Analyst (Architecture)
Location: Ottawa, Ontario
Work is Hybrid in Ottawa, ON - 2, 3 days working from office.
Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability (minimum), Secret (preferred)
Pay Range:$90hr + HST (Incorporated)
What's the Job?
- Support the design, development, and integration of complex multi-tier information systems within the Health Information System environment.
- Develop custom applications using C++ and/or C#, ensuring robust testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
- Design, develop, and support middleware and web services to facilitate seamless data sharing across multiple systems.
- Conduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Perform options analysis for new system functionalities, evaluating technical solutions and assessing their impact on existing systems.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 60 months of experience in an IM/IT technical role within the last 60 months.
- At least 12 months of experience designing, developing, or supporting system integration using HL7, Web Services, BizTalk, MQ Series, or WebSphere within the last 60 months.
- At least 18 months of experience working on a multi-application, 3-tier system involving design, development, and resolution of implementation issues.
- Minimum of 12 months of programming experience in C++ and/or C# covering development, testing, and implementation within the last 60 months.
- At least 24 months of experience developing middleware or web services for multi-system data sharing within the last 60 months.
