Aegis Worldwide is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a leading global manufacturing in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada.
You'll playing a vital role in managing multiple manufacturing markets (Food & Beverage, Dairy, Protein, Healthcare, Machinery).
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Engineering, Science or a related field
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- 10+ years of work experience Marketing, or Product Management related role.
- Marketing Specialist, Sales and Marketing, Marketing Manager, and Product Marketing or related roles
- 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience
- Experience in a management / supervisory role or with direct reports.
- Experience with commercializing new products & services with customers
- Knowledge of the Packaging / Container / Food & Beverage / Healthcare / Consumer Products Goods industry including materials and manufacturing is preferred.
Experience working for a manufacturing company, ideally within one of the industries above.
- Ability to travel 10% - 20%
- Expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams programs and MRP software (Ex. Movex, SAP, Oracle)
Role Responsibilities :
- 40% Market and Product Strategy which would include developing market segment strategies that promote the growth of select market segments
- 40% New Products & Services which would include working on new product and services offerings, creating new revenue channels, enhancing profitability, and increasing market share.
- 20% Demand & Sales which would include delivering and managing the Products and Services Roadmap for their respective product and service categories to support growth
